– You will need the following ingredients:

4 lemons
½ a tablespoon cayenne powder
Half a cup of fresh ginger

Sliced onions (2 ½ cups)
Sea salt
1 ½ tablespoon of chopped thyme

½ a cup of coconut milk
organic vegetable broth (3 ½ cups)
2 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of grass-fed organic butter
26 cloves of garlic (peeled)
26 cloves of garlic (unpeeled)

– How to prepare it and use it:

• Heat the oven to 370º F. Put cloves of garlic (26) in a baking dish. Add olive oil and sprinkle sea salt. Cover the baking dish with foil and cook for 45 minutes.

• Squeeze the cloves of garlic and put them in a small bowl.

• On a medium heat, melt the grass-fed butter and then add the thyme, onions, ginger and cayenne powder. Cook for 5 minutes.

• In a saucepan, add raw cloves of garlic (26) and the roasted garlic. Cook for 3 minutes and then add the vegetable broth. Cook for another 20 minutes, until the cloves become tender.
